This website is operated by D&I — Diyarah Development & Investment ("Diyarah", "we", "us"). Using the site — browsing it, contacting us through it, or downloading any material from it — constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site or to the law. Any amendment is published on this page with the "last updated" date above revised, and continuing to use the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Areas, dimensions, specifications, finish materials and partner brand names may change without prior notice, as design, construction and regulatory approvals progress. Photography may include furniture, styling and fittings that fall outside the delivered scope.

We take reasonable care to keep published information accurate, but we do not warrant that the site is free of errors or omissions. In any sale or reservation, the sole reference is the signed contract and its approved schedules — not this website.

The unit explorer for Al Narjis Residence shows each home in one of three states: available, reserved or sold. These statuses are indicative, updated periodically, and may change between the moment you browse and the moment you contact us, because reservations and sales happen outside this site.

Unit plans are derived from design drawings and shown for general illustration. The numbers appearing on the plans are the door tags from the CAD files, and actual measurements may differ from them. The approved drawings forming part of the contract are the definitive reference.

You are licensed to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes — browsing our projects and their details, downloading informational brochures, and contacting us about them.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the site's content, in whole or in part.
• Scrape the site or harvest unit, pricing or image data by automated means.
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, or disrupt its operation.
• Use the site in breach of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or to transmit offensive or unlawful content.
• Impersonate Diyarah or any of its partners, or imply a representation or agency you do not hold.

All intellectual property rights in this site and its content belong to, or are licensed to, D&I — Diyarah Development & Investment, including without limitation:

• The Diyarah and D&I Design trade marks, their logos, and all associated visual identity.
• Photography, 3D renderings, drawings, interior designs and project names.
• Floor plans, composite plates, the interactive unit explorer and the 360° virtual tours, including the Al Narjis Residence panoramas.
• Signature Collection content, copy, editorial material and printed collateral.
• The site's design, structure and source code.

Browsing the site grants you no right or licence in any of the above. Any unauthorised use infringes those intellectual property rights and exposes you to liability under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Some material carries third-party rights, including partner names, trade marks and logos (Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), Aqar360, Arc View, Milano, Dar Al Uloom University, Baytonia and RESTATEX). These belong to their respective owners, are shown only to indicate the contractual relationship, and may not be used without their owners' permission.

The site may link to third-party websites — our partners, location maps, social platforms and WhatsApp. These links are provided for convenience, and their inclusion is not an endorsement by us of those sites or of their content, products or services.

We do not control third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices. When you leave our site, we recommend reading the terms and privacy policy of every site you visit.

The information on this site is general and informational. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for specialist counsel. Property purchase or investment decisions warrant advice from licensed professionals.

Diyarah does not act as a financial intermediary and does not arrange financing. Where the site refers to a partnership with a financing institution such as Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), that describes an existing collaboration only. It does not mean Diyarah arranges or brokers finance, and it does not guarantee any customer a credit approval or particular financing terms; that decision rests solely with the financier under its own policies and criteria.

No reference on the site to projects, prices or returns commits us to delivering them, and nothing warrants future investment performance. Figures shown — project and city counts, areas and the like — are indicative as at the date of publication.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be correctable, or that it is free of malicious software — though we take reasonable measures to that end. Protecting your devices and software when using it is your responsibility.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, without prejudice to any statutory right.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision is severed or amended only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
